I am so disappointed! My husband wanted a MacBook Air for years, got this unit for a 'like new' refurbishment and you can see what he opened up for Christmas in the photos in this review. The product is dented and scratched on the back left corner of the cover and loads with a question mark on the screen. I'm assuming this means it can't read any OS, especially OS X Mavericks. He was so excited when he opened his gift but was deeply disappointed when he took it out and turned it on. Go through the "process" to replace it, but it's not as easy as you think! Avoid disappointment and shop elsewhere!
