Review on 📽️ Enhanced LG HU810PW 4K UHD Smart Dual Laser CineBeam Projector with 97% DCI-P3, 2700 ANSI Lumens by Steven Doty

Only a month after receiving the projector, the remote control stopped working. That alone wouldn't motivate me to post a 1-run review, but LG's customer service does. I was able to register a product on their website, but when I try to submit a service request, the website's form does not allow you to select the subject required to submit the form. I've tried multiple browsers and the form doesn't work. I then tried to call and after being diverted twice the quality of the call was so bad that I couldn't understand the "helpdesk" agent. and had to hang up after several attempts to understand what she was saying. It wasn't a problem with the language barrier, it was a problem with the phone signal and not on my part. I will of course try to fix this issue but I'm giving it one star as I think there are some big issues here. A quality control issue for a product that is on a higher level for a typical consumer product and, more importantly, a total lack of quality customer support. Although I'm happy with the picture, keep in mind that if something goes wrong, it can be very difficult. To get help. If LG can fix this issue quickly when I try again I may update this review, but right now I can't recommend any LG products based on customer support. (Update) I was able to get a new remote control through the live chat feature on their website. I upgraded the rating to 3 stars because the customer service is no longer guaranteed. I also noticed problems focusing the entire image. I am currently using an outdoor screen while furnishing the room. I will provide another update after the permanent screen is installed and configured.
