I have several suits so they get used all the time but let's be honest you can only look like Harvey Spector when you get a new suit or have it cleaned for the first time. The rest of the time you look like a sweaty director frustrated with his low salary and lack of appreciation, all of which shows in his wrinkled jacket. Then I bought this ship. I've seen them in malls a few times and seen them smooth out wrinkles, but I didn't think it would work. I once saw a vaper claiming to be better quality than the "malls". Of course, it really smoothes out wrinkles! It turns your clothes from shabby and sweaty to sharp and fresh. Thank you for developing such a high quality product. One thing I really suggest is to search YouTube for ways on how to steam it so you get it right. Overall very satisfied, no need to go to the cleaners anymore!
