I was a fairy for halloween and needed some butterflies to complete the look. I got these because there was a great variety in color, great value and there aren't pins (like I saw in similar amazon listings). To my surprise, the wings were light durable plastic with magnetic backs. The magnetic backing didn't impair my intended use whatsoever, they actually made application much easier. The butterflies themselves are even more beautiful in person with so many different types- they all look semi realistic! I stuck the butterflies on my clothes and body with lash glue, but there were a TON left over. I read that the stickers used for wall application weren't sticky so I used lash glue (again) to stick some on my walls! I LOVE HOW IT LOOKS, none have fallen and they've been up for weeks. I still have probably 40+ left! They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely repurchase!
