I ordered these hangers for use on a slatted garage wall so I won't be installing wall panels but they look very sturdy and fit well on the hanger . Each wall panel is 16 inches long, which is a common stud spacing for many wood frames. The kit also includes drywall anchors to screw through the holes between the studs, but make sure you put at least one stud on each wall panel, especially if you're going to be hanging heavier items. If your posts are more than 16 inches apart (usually 24 inches) you will only attach to one post per panel as they are not long enough to bridge the gap. ideal for garden tools, hoses, extension cords or whatever you would normally hang on your garage wall. 5 stars from me!
