Review on Solberg FS 04 025 Compressor Silencer Diameter by Jorge Maertz

After reading many blogs about how to make small compressors in your garage quieter for example. Solberg seemed to be a favorite silencer. Using many different brands, colors and labels, only about 2 companies make compressors in the US and the parts are fairly interchangeable. I just rebuilt my big and small compressors. Small - Sears 33 gallons. and LOUD. When you have a cheap, non-replaceable, plastic air intake filter bracket that costs less than $5-8, you know you're stuck. If you don't want to machine the part, the following is much easier than moving the machine in the annex. It also avoids creating an isolated box which will likely cause your compressor to overheat.
