I would not describe this bra as high impact support, I’m a double d and got the mediums. They are butter soft, flattering, the fit is superb. I took the pads out because I always do. I lift weights and work in a manual labor setting; there’s no spillage, they aren’t strapped down to a smothering extent but I also know they won’t be popping out to say hey to anyone. So far there isn’t any chafing, redness or irritation, but I do work a long twelve hours and will update the review if the bra does have long wearing issues. For a work out bra that someone would take off after an hour or two I’m pretty confident I’ll be comfortable
