To be honest I couldn't even give a good review because the product was broken. I ordered it as a supplement and now I see that I cannot replace it. I've opted for a replacement/return and I can't return it and it's out of stock. I suspect I ran out of storage, which is why it was so cheap as an add-on. When I opened a brand new tube I didn't even see the balm. It was in the cap, but I didn't notice, and then the balm just fell to the floor because it hardened and shrunk in the tube. The way I opened it looked empty before it fell to the floor. I picked it up and examined it. It started to crackle and solidified into a firmer consistency, say, frozen butter. I don't know why people freeze butter but for example this is the best I have. It was like cutting off a coconut shell as I tried to peel off a layer to see if it was just the outer layer of wax. Not to be outdone, I also tried a warm water bath sealed in a plastic bag, but I couldn't re-soften it. Damn. I know I only paid $2 but that's still disappointing as I was looking forward to trying it out. I also have to say negatively because the tube was still out of date so I think it was stored incorrectly. Just a pity in general. darn.
