The ability for me as Customer Experience Manager (CXM) is that it allows us within our organization to see all of my interactions with customers in one place! This helps when trying to troubleshoot issues or provide recommendations/feedback about performance improvement initiatives we are implementing across multiple departments / locations at once time - no longer do I have 5 different places where this information can be found!! It would also great if there was some way so CxMs could communicate directly through clickToCoach rather than having 2 separate programs open up which makes things confusing sometimes?
