We have had one for 7 years and although the bag ripped the chair it has lasted forever - we only had to get a new one as it was wet when removed and left inside a damp garage with everything going moldy (this chair is included). Our daughter was able to sit in it at age 9 although it was uncomfortable while supporting her weight. The cup holders are too small for a child's water bottle, but it's easy for kids to get in and out of and perfect for younger kids. I wish it came with a carrying strap instead of a handle because with little kids you already have your hands full going everywhere.
