Review on 🍃 Honeywell CF100A1620 MicroDefense 16X20X4 38 Filter – Ultimate Air Protection by Ashton Dahmer

I am sure this filter is ok. It's just NOT 4 inches thick, it's 4 3/8 inches! So if your filter cage is exactly 4 inches (like mine) then you're out of luck. From what I can read Honeywell ovens expect this size, but other ovens may not fit. We went to Lowes and Home Depot(s) around town and all they carried were 4 inch deep Honeywell filters. I ended up ordering a Nordic Pure filter that was a little less than 16 x 20 and 3 5/8 inches thick, which was just what I needed. that the detailed description says "Item measures 20" x 4" x 16" and that's just not true. It's very weird and really amazing when you get one and it just doesn't fit. Perhaps the description could be updated explicitly to let us know that this filter is slightly larger than a 16 x 20 x 4 (like Honeywell Filtrete 4" filters) and if your furnace filter cage is 16 x 20 x 4 (like mine) then do not buy this .product.
