The meter arrived in a box with no padding and instructions. Before use it is important to zero the gauge using the screw on the front and set the full scale using the option on the radio and the screw accessible from the back of the gauge. These are easy tasks unless you have instructions, of course! Instructions for a similar meter are very helpful, look them up online. There were scratches (minor ones) on the front and body of the counter. This most likely happened during shipping and could have easily been prevented with better packaging. The counter works satisfactorily.
