I've been using a Chromebook for three years now and I'm completely satisfied. I bought this Samsung 11.6" to replace an older Chromebook that is showing its age. For the price, you can't beat a Chromebook. I do 99% of my work on a Chromebook. Chromebooks are light, comfortable, and Very easy to use.I've gotten to the point where I despise Windows PCs for their bulk and for all the glitches and issues I've had with Windows over the years. My old Chromebook is an Acer and I had absolutely no problems with this one I decided to go with a Samsung Chromebook this time just to try another company and because it was cheap (I paid $189.00) to Acer I've used Acer so many times that I have the Deleted letters on some keys This Samsung works as expected and it's a good basic Chromebook.
