NOT dark blue

The paper quality is great but calling it dark blue and showing a dark blue image is totally wrong. Bought to wrap gifts for my nieces. She's going to Penn State. Also bought Penn State stickers. Paper ROYAL Blue, NOR Navy as shown online. Celebrate this weekend so it's too late to order elsewhere. I am so disappointed that my gift wrapping conflicts with everything including stickers. They gave it 2 stars for its quality gift packaging and every other time I would happily use it but I NEED AND EXPECTED the navy blue color as pictured.
