As a student, I needed a small, compact vacuum cleaner to keep my dorm clean. I've had it for a few weeks with no problems so far. It's amazingly powerful. I've seen other products specifically for pet hair and was concerned that the cleaner wouldn't be as powerful as I would like. When I got the vacuum I tried it out on my bed and it picked up a lot of dust and hair. Extensions are very useful to increase the suction area to reduce suction power. For example, I wanted to use this on my sheets to collect random hairs, but using it alone is just too powerful. It will suck up leaves. However, if you use an extension dusting brush, the suction surface is larger and does not come into direct contact with the sheets, so that I can easily clean the sheets quickly with it. The filter is also easy to clean. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, I recommend wearing gloves. The downside of this product is that holding the vacuum cleaner for a long time can be tiring. But that is a sacrifice of purity. It would be the same with other devices and I can imagine that lighter vacuum cleaners are less powerful. PROS: - Small - Powerful - Useful extensions CONS: - A little heavy, can get tiring after holding it for a long time.
