Review on ⚡ Wireless Communication-Capable 120/240-Volt Surge Protector - Southwire Surge Guard Portable 50-Amp by Shaun Bushey

This product is defective. It melted around a pin of our connector. Thank goodness it didn't start a fire! We spent about $400 on it and were shocked it even happened, not to mention it was only eight months ago. We needed to replace both the surge protector ($392.13 via Revain) and the plug ($18.68 via Revain), so we contacted the seller to request a full refund for both, which would have totaled $410.81 . We read other reviews and realize that we are not the first to experience these horrible incidents. Unfortunately, this company doesn't seem to endorse their product and doesn't care about buyers who are negatively impacted by it. I will update this post to let you know if they are doing the right thing for us or not.
