The ability to add multiple fields for each message is very useful when sending out mass emails or announcements within our organisation! It also makes responding back much easier with all notifications being displayed at once as opposed to having to open individual e-mails one by one. I think there should definitely have a better way to change colours but this isn't too difficult if needed through their support team (although could do more!). Notifications are sent to any users who subscribe to receive them from us - meaning they're able to read everything without needing access to other software such as Outlook etc.. This has been great since we've moved over recently from Gmail/Hotmail email accounts!
