I liked how simple yet elegant this platform is! The layout itself makes sense so much easier than other platforms out there (even if they are free). I like all features but most especially being able to send out mass email campaigns without having to go through each individual person's phone number one by one! Also when sending emails with large attachments they will sometimes just disappear or get lost somewhere within my inbox which is very frustrating if not noticed right away as soon as possible so this feature needs improvement greatly!! I like how quick they were at setting everything up! The support is great as well - very prompt responses whenever i needed something explained or had any questions about their system overall.- Their team definitely cares- They have some really amazing features here too (like integration with Zapier!)
