Review on Engagespot by Eric Longoria

I like how quick they were at setting everything up! The support is great as well - very prompt responses whenever i needed something explained or had any questions about their system overall.- Their team definitely cares- They have some really amazing features here too (like integration with Zapier!) My only complaint would probably just come down more directly towards them having different prices depending upon which plan users subscribe under ($7 vs $21) because this could confuse someone who doesn't realize there are two tiers/plans available; however once people get past those initial confusion blocks then all seems fine &amp I like that it's very simple to setup and use. The customer support is also great! They always respond quickly. We haven't found anything we dislike at this time. Great product for our needs. It has made managing our social media much easier. Our customer service team is able to respond quicker and more efficiently than before. We have been able to reduce the amount of emails sent by half.
