I love that the bar for the stretch bands can be used in two different lengths. Plus, all the stretch bands have the same stretch capacity of 30 bounds. The set is well crafted. It is easy to change and add all of the attachments. The two foot pedals are definitely a plus to have with this set. Once your feet are in the pedal straps, they don’t slip out while doing your stretch routine. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. This is an outstanding movable gym that you can travel where ever you go that has a door to anchor the resistance bands. This movable gym takes up minimal space in your suitcase and or in your home. The cost was reasonable.
