I bought this so my grandkids can watch what they want as I only have one TV and it makes them happy that they don't have to wait to watch what they want. When it arrived the box was fine. Don't try it right away. The children didn't come until the following weekend. They all loved it, so put it to use. The picture disappears horribly and it was a real mistake on my part is thrown in a landfill, worst thing I have ever bought. Amazon and worst of all, my grandchildren, I left them very disappointed. I don't have a box, tried everything, so my hands are tied. It's not your fault but I spent 100000 on what I thought was good. Thanks for listening to Amazons Sorry I don't think there's anything you can do. My grandchildren love to watch their DVDs but can't now. I am a very good customer and always pay my bill. Is there anything we can do to fix this or should I just forgo the learning experience thanks
