The nose works! - Bar & Wine Tools

We purchased this jig specifically for making a drink where you slowly spoon red wine over a lemon/plain sugar/mezcal base. And if everything is done correctly, the effect of 2 layers is created - transparent from below, red from above. Our spoutless jiggers weren't as handy, so the results were mixed - literally. I also found the measurement lines inside the mug to be very easy to read. (Some other reviewers did not.)
