Review on Heurio by John Koch

The product has been very helpful to our team in making decisions about which features are most important/beneficial while improving overall customer experience through digital transformation initiatives! I have not seen anything negative yet as we just started using it at this time (but there's always room). We need some improvement regarding accessibility of reports but so far everything looks good thus no complaints here either :) As with many tools out their - don't expect all aspects covered! Be prepared and ask questions when needed because they will answer them honestly if your question could be answered otherwise or requires further research - do take advantage off those resources offered within the platform itself!! This was used during an agile project management methodology implementation where users were able provide input from across teams and geographies allowing us greater flexibility than traditional methods allowed.
