Ordered two so every grandchild has one. It seemed a little overwhelming when looking at the instructions, but once we put everything together and got the hang of it, we have the ball. It's better than buying a bag of cotton candy at the store. The difference between ready and fresh is hard to beat. One of the secrets to success is to let it warm up like the instructions say. A 15 minute preheat will yield even better results than the recommended 10. Even if you're going straight from cone to cone, a minute or two of preheating between batches will improve results.
