I had this strap for my old Fitbit and was so excited to see that they are offering it for the Versa 3 which I have just received as there are so few compatible straps. I love that you can add and remove pieces so you don't have to worry about it being too tight or too loose. That being said, I have a regular sized wrist and only removed two pieces. So if you have a large wrist I would recommend checking to see if it fits. One of the downsides for me was the removal tools. As I mentioned, I had the same band for my old Fitbit and luckily I still had the tools. The small car (which looked cool at first) made it difficult to take off as it kept falling apart. I had a small screwdriver-like tool (don't know what it's called) from the latter that was much easier to make. I had to use a screwdriver to completely remove each piece as the little machine couldn't do it completely. I also recommend reading the instructions and making sure you are pressing the pins from the correct side. I made this mistake on both the new and old group as the arrow is easy to miss.
