Review on Macshell Hospital Information System by Bryan Turner

It has been easy for my team of physicians as well me to use this system since we have used it during our residency training years ago when I was at a different institution than now! There are some things that may be improved but nothing so far with mac shell hospital information sytem (Macpulse). If you want an intuitive platform where everything can work together then go ahead and try out mapsell because its very user friendly especially if your like us who came from other systems such as MICROSOFT WORD or EXCEL before.
