Still issues after firmware update
Has issues with proper heart rate reading and does not include all advertised features. So far, Fitbit support has been unable to help other than to let you know that firmware updates are on the way. Update 3/19: A firmware update has been around for a long time and the problem is still the same. Live support just said that "they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix". It's been 6 months, Fitbit is a company joke. Don't waste your time, products either don't work properly or fail over time.
