These fans are very easy to install and power. They do NOT use any of the RGB controllers that you have on your motherboard and are only controlled with the remote that comes with the fans. They are very inexpensive and all work immediately. The kit includes a fan hub that connects MULTIPLE fans. It is powered by the SATA port of your power supply. There are only 2 notable issues with these fans (3 if you hate the remote control) 1. If you wanted to split the fans into 2 systems you couldn't because you would need a different hub and as far as I know there are separate ones Knots in no sale. 2. It would be that these fans are not very fast. If you just want some quick styles and need to set something up quickly (or you're running out of fan heads), this is great. Otherwise, other RGB fans are significantly brighter. 3. IF YOU are using another RGB solution that requires a remote control, there is a high possibility that the supplied remote control will fail and all RGB displays will be changed. My solution is to use my first remote as the fans don't bother it and then control the fan remote. Your results may vary. But I would buy them again for another system (and hubs if sold separately).
