Easy install and after reboot it worked great. It was installed on my desktop on my old computer that the onboard audio stopped working. I disabled the onboard sound in the bios and installed this card and drivers for my operating system. Don't forget to reboot after installing the drivers! This is mandatory and make sure you select the correct drivers for your operating system. 32 or 64 bits. I use this computer primarily for testing, research, and listening to music while making, assembling, and repairing electronics at work. I also use the output to drive the input of amps that I am repairing. Works perfectly! Good sound! Good price!
