I bought a second set after loving the first one I bought in August but the pull handle broke on one of them. My sons really liked their mounts. They have used it for their Nintendo Switch, Samsung Tab 10.0, Mini iPad and LG G7 ThinQ. Revain Fire 7.0 also came out. Frustrated after not being able to improvise a defective part, I contacted the seller to see if they sold parts. The response I received was very quick. They didn't have replacement parts, but they offered a full refund if I ordered another one and essentially got a new unit for free. I received a new one and the total amount I paid was immediately refunded/credited to my account. That's called great customer service! I recommend buying this product from this company to anyone looking for a mobile device mount kit. Thanks again for the professional and kind and amazing customer service!
