Bought for a 12 year old DD. She's still learning how to use toner (and nail polish remover) and sometimes uses too much. I just wanted the largest quantity at the lowest price but they proved to be on par with all the better brands I have used myself. I hope this purchase lasts as long as she learns to fold them and use both sides for what they are thick enough for and reduce waste*. They are great for my daughter and I will keep them. I buy them for her because they are cheap but I have to add they are terrible for my husband's nails and skin. They get caught on my cuticles when I use nail polish remover and leave fibers everywhere. My husband uses them to apply toner and if he misses any blemishes while shaving, even if they are not very visible, he has torn cotton rags all over his face. So now I'd say they're great for some uses, but more than one cotton pad is good for all types of products.
