Amazing cake pan in the Kitchen & Dining category

Porcelain heats evenly because it's ceramic, but it will brown things like metal without burning it. I've made quiches in this pan twice and baked pies in it three times, all with my homemade crust, and they came out great. They're also mostly non-stick, and residue is easily removed with a plastic brush.
