product ok for my opinion

product is good, my daughter likes ita little bit unstable but it’s ok.the sound has an japanese accent but it’s ok too.The only thing that really disappointed me is the fact that I bought a NEW pink one and I got a green open box one. Yes, all the packages inside were open. I was mad but my daughter was so excited that I did not return it. I sent a message to the seller with my complain and never hear back.
