3/10/19 I needed an iPad mini for work. The bag is excellent and durable, the shoulder strap is ok if not quite what I needed but included. I needed a shorter strap with a snap hook or snap so I can hang it on my work pants/jeans instead of over my shoulder or in my arm. I'm still working on how to solve this problem as there is nothing that suits my needs. The touchscreen lid has issues around the corners of the screen, but that's to be expected. Otherwise it's nice, easy to put on, but once you put it on you can't change your position without blowing and a few tries. The real problem is the wrist strap. I like the material but the velcro is terrible. It doesn't stick and stays loose and off. If you have a really small hand (like a kid) it will probably be fine as it is tight when you close it all the way. I've tried sticking the velcro over the existing one, but the sticky part is clearly not strong enough. Maybe the super glue would work, but I decided to sew a new velcro over it because I use the wrist strap most of the time these days. Now he stays close. Otherwise great case and great price. I have purple so no one can mistake my iPad for someone else's at work. :) 08/30/19 The addition of velcro on the strap made the handle immobile. While I'm happy that the case protects my iPad from accidental bumps and breaks, I did notice a crack in the plastic case underneath the outer silicone skin. Which means it needs to be replaced. I'm not impressed. I've dropped my phone a lot more times than my iPad (in fact I don't remember dropping an iPad at all) and my phone is still intact and the case is very different from the one I had. for iPad. Having owned this case for less than half a year I am not impressed at all as I don't always carry it with me. I think if I had done that, it would have broken a while ago. It's up to you to decide whether you want to buy it or not. I haven't contacted the seller to see if they would replace it but I'm still not impressed.
