I will never buy a Samsung product again. I want to buy LG or another brand. Samsung is so greedy that it prioritizes advertising over functionality. They released an update last week that breaks most of your TV's functionality when they are unable to contact ad servers to serve ads to the TV menu. That's right, if the ad server goes down and can't show ads, the TV stops working. Who would have thought that this could be a good idea? Also, creating a Samsung account to download apps has gone from optional to mandatory. To the right. Now if I want to download HBO Max I need to create a Samsung account without having to do this. Guess who just turned off all Smart Hub functionality and switched everything to a Fire TV Stick instead? I may be a voice, but I influence the extended family's tech purchases, and you'd better believe I'll take everyone I can away from Samsung. I've gone from a Samsung-only household to the ultimate anti-Samsung, so hopefully someone from the company will read this and reconsider this type of aggressive marketing being foisted on their consumers.
