Review on 📏 Sew-link 1/2" Ruler Foot for Janome MC5000, MC5700, MC6600: Enhanced Sewing Precision by Kelly Caballes

The photo does not show that there is a cut on the side of the foot. Apparently this is done to make it easier to insert the thread into the circle of the foot. However, if I embroider in the most convenient direction for me, diagonally from left to right and forward, due to the location of the slit, the thread gets caught in this slit, tears and knots, forcing me to stop and select stitches and rethread the machine. Unfortunately I have to send it back because the leg doesn't have a side slit. Otherwise, after moving slightly to the left on my Janome 6700p, my needle is perfectly centered, unlike the ruler foot that comes with my machine.
