The printer pulls the label out of the guide every 5 minutes.

Every 5 minutes, when the printer is not in use, the printer pulls back the label a bit, confusing where to print the next one. You must press the feed button before printing, otherwise the 1st label will print half a label. Contacted support and they were completely useless. Will be returning this product. Too bad because it looks pretty cool and the print quality seems to be good. Support didn't seem to care about my issue.
