Excellent width. Gives a beautiful colorful picture. Very fast thanks to the USM motor. Aperture is enough for shooting in dark rooms without a flash. It is very pleasant to use, the workmanship is adequate. It fully justifies its price. Its pros: Small and light, fast, fast aperture, 58mm filters, front element does not rotate, interesting bokeh not typical for widths, short focusing distance (pseudo macro) Different cons: The geometry is not ideal and can limp a little on the open. But this can hardly be called a serious drawback.
