The bulb burns out quickly
I've had 2 of these bulbs in the last 4 months and they both burned out. One after 4 weeks, the other after 12 weeks. When I take out the bulbs you can see the broken filament inside. Yes the fan is running, yes the filter is clean and yes it is connected to the UPS for surge protection. DO NOT BUY THIS LIGHT!
