Well made and strong. The wheels are solid and the bungee cords are permanently attached to the perfect spot. However, there is a HUGE problem. If you put something of any size on it and push it, it will tip over on its side. I couldn't walk more than 20 feet. without tilting. The platform is 17 inches long but only 9 inches wide. This is just to narrow it down to be useful. I got so frustrated with the constant flipping that I threw it in the closet. It will most likely never come out again.
