I'll repeat the complaint about the latch not holding the lid properly, but I've found that once Pooh 'pops out' you have to twist the knob and stop the song and the latch "click" and pop out so you can remove the cover. After I figured it out, it works fine. However, my product arrived with a large dent in the back left corner and the packaging was in perfect condition. As soon as I took the product out of the packaging, I noticed it immediately. Anyone who pulled it off the shelf thinking it was "new undamaged" fit for shipping should probably be aware of what that really means.
