I love this bag! Spacious interior, 2 compartments (e.g. for mobile phone or sunglasses) and a zip compartment. The straps are adjustable so you can change the length. I loved the Siamese cat keychain - that's one of the main reasons I bought this bag. However, the skin on part of the keychain was torn, which was very annoying. I didn't want to return the bag, I just wanted an immaculate keychain. Not only was the seller able to replace the key fob (and I didn't want to return the wallet, didn't want to go to the post office in this pandemic!) but the seller refunded me for the key fob, which I thought was very fair. The purse arrived earlier than expected. All in all a great company to do business with and really interesting stuff!
