The customer service is excellent! I have been working with them for over 2 years now, they are always willing to help me figure something new that will benefit my business from any of their products or services. They provide great support when it comes to using all parts of their website including email campaigns. Sometimes there can be some lag time between creating an email list campaign/webinar but as long as you keep up your communication then everything works well again. Their training programs are very comprehensive. Great value for money if you need advice about how best to use various aspects of their product range which include autoresponders (email lists), webinars, content creation etc..
