The belt runs small, so I advise you to order one or two sizes up. I have a 25-26 waist and ordered a 28. It was very tight down to the loosest hole. I went back and ordered 30 instead, hope it fits better. EDIT: I'm a size 30 which paradoxically was LESS than a 28? I couldn't even put it in the loosest hole. I love the look of the belt (and the price) so I'll take a chance and order LOTS more (36). My fingers are crossed again. I would definitely say be prepared to come back for a new size with this item, don't buy this unless you absolutely have to wear it for a few days.
