Use this with my 4 year old. There are forms that need to be assembled correctly. Everything you need is in the box. Other kits I've seen require you to purchase other additional products, but this one has colors you can add and flavors (if you want). Detailed instructions on how to use these add-ons as well as how to create Multicolor. The only criticism I have is that there is a "stand" to hold the mold while it cools and it can only hold one soap at a time. So if you want to cook more than one at a time you will need to add another rack (we used a dish rack) to hold the molds while they cool. They can not be laid flat, otherwise the liquid will leak. Just be ready to set up - read all the instructions first and you'll be fine. It was a lot of fun making the soap and using it later. Great product and would buy again.
