Review on Velleman VTSS4NU Adjustable Soldering DegreeF 842 by Arturo Reyes

Part number: Velleman VTSS4NU Adjustable Soldering Station, Class 1 to 12, 48W, 302 degrees F-842. This is a great soldering station for both beginners and experienced users. Anywhere around $30 is a fair price. The temperature is fairly accurate and replacement tips are available. I've used it for soldering circuits on automotive circuit boards and school projects. I would give it 5 stars but after using it 4 hours a day for a long time the handle got hot and the tip kept coming off. Eventually the handle broke and the heating element fell apart. I still recommend this product and brand and would buy again for the features and price. I invest in Vellman VTSSC40NU. Hope that helps.
