Webigami has been great! Their developers have helped us solve a problem that had previously stumped us. It has made our website experience even better and they are quick to respond to any inquiries we have had. They have also been kind enough to give us some pointers when we needed them most, such as helping us build an app. Highly recommended! Webigami has given my company many things it couldnt get elsewhere (such as hosting) at really good prices without giving up quality or customer service. They do more than just provide web-hosting - they help you learn how to use your server so that you dont break anything yourself if something goes wrong later.
Pros
- Most answers I have gotten from them were detailed, concise, and helpful.
- The only downside is that its very hard to switch your site/domain away from them once you start
Cons
- Very little downtime in our tests
- No support for self-signed certificates
- No documentation about their processes, so you might be surprised what they ask for
