Works just as well as the original massage gun (which costs about $599) for a small price. I have a colleague who has the original and used it on me and felt the same way. I use this specifically for my shoulder, upper and lower back. While you can easily use this yourself, I find that having someone else do it for you still gives the best result. It's pretty powerful. I use it to relieve back pain. I mostly only use the ball nozzle (because it covers a lot of area) and the others almost never. I like that you can adjust the intensity/speed. What I'm most impressed with is the battery performance of this device. I can go for weeks without charging depending on how often you use it. It also shows the battery percentage so you know when it's time to charge.
