Review on Heininger Hitchmate TireStep 4040, Black – 1 Pack by Erick Hernandez

I needed an easier way to get into the back of my truck and climb in while our fifth wheel was attached to the body. I could climb in the bed between the fifth wheel and the truck but I'm not as young as I used to be so I bought this tier of tires. That's a solid move. I'm a tall guy and weigh 240 pounds. and this Tirestep holds my weight with no problem. It's solid, adjustable for both step height and tire width, and doesn't hit the rim at all, even with my weight. It comes with a zipped holdall. . Upon receipt, I noticed that our bag had a large slot (8 inches). Instead of sending the entire package back to Revain I decided to email the company (Hitchmate) to let them know of the problem. I received a quick response from their customer service representative asking for our mailing address and they sent a new bag the same day. The new bag arrived in a day and it is perfect. Talk about great customer service. If you need a hoop step, check this one out. Regulated and in my experience the company provided excellent customer service.
