Noticed a piece of the rail was chipped off and one of the adhesive rubber bumpers was fallen off with a good deal of styrofoam stuck to it from the packaging material when I got it out of the box. Had to scrape away the styrofoam pieces to get it to re-adhere to the rail that protects it from scratching the wall. Also noticed that there is no clear coat on the entire ladder, even though the description said there was. Overall I’m fairly pleased with this decorative piece. Easy to assemble, but not the highest quality of material and not carefully packaged.
